Service process

1. Pre sale:

Establish user records, contact customers, introduce our factory's technology and equipment, understand user needs, recommend corresponding equipment, implement trial materials and related technical preparations, and improve technical parameters.

2. On sale:

Provide user related drawings and technical information, coordinate user equipment installation and construction, and report production speed and quality to users. Ensure synchronous coordination between user engineering progress and equipment manufacturing. Handle emergencies and maintain good communication with users.

3. After sales:

① Dispatch personnel to the user for installation guidance, responsible for debugging until delivery and use.

② Responsible for training user related personnel on operation and maintenance skills.

③ Provide long-term high-quality and affordable spare parts.

④ The equipment has a shelf life of one year. If the equipment is damaged due to its own quality within one year after acceptance, free maintenance is responsible. If the malfunction is caused by improper operation, a production fee will be charged, and service maintenance will be implemented. That is, the user's questions must be answered within the first 24 hours of receiving the user's message.
