Qualified manufacturers of vacuum belt dryers are generally able to provide customers with a technical parameter report within a short period of time after material testing, including actual material evaporation, dynamic drying vacuum degree, distribution of drying temperature, feeding amount, actual drying time, actual product production capacity, unit energy consumption ratio, etc. This facilitates customers to choose equipment models and specifications that can meet production requirements.

The second step in choosing a vacuum belt dryer is to comprehensively evaluate the manufacturer's design level and manufacturing capabilities. Manufacturers generally provide a preliminary technical design plan based on the material test report and the customer's production indicators and operating conditions, and provide a detailed explanation of the design reasons in the plan. The technical design scheme is an extremely important component in evaluating the manufacturing capability of manufacturers in vacuum belt dryers, especially the manufacturer's design description of key equipment technologies such as vacuum system design, heating system design, correction system design, cleaning system design, and feeding and discharging system design. Another aspect of manufacturing capability is to examine the actual usage of the manufacturer's users. Customers can request on-site inspections based on the user list provided by the manufacturer. If the manufacturer has sufficient strength, they generally will not refuse this reasonable request from customers, and some can even provide multiple visiting targets for customers to choose from.
